Direct experience in a university or higher education environment Requirements Provide support to project managers for maintenance of the IT Portfolio through follow-up with listed managers Complete primary analysis of project requests and present information to PMO and IT leadership Provide remote support is necessary Managing small, medium, or large projects and feasibility studies using project management tools and best practices Providing project management guidance and coordination Build and maintain relationships with campus partners Other duties as assigned Demonstrable blend of business, information technology, financial and communication skills Knowledge of project management methodology and experience or familiarity with major defined project management approaches Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas in a confident and well-organized manner through verbal, written, and/or visual means Ability to lead discussions and prepare and present briefings to diverse audiences Ability to resolve conflict within teams and produce workable resolutions to achieve project goals Effective in setting and managing customer expectations Effective influencing and negotiating skills in an environment without directly supervising resources Effectively prioritize and organize project deliverables Ability to quickly and proficiently understand and absorb new information Ability to adjust quickly to changing priorities and conditions Ability to cope with complexity and change   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
