DDS has started a project to cleanse existing data in preparation for a migration coming in 2021. This position will be a member of our Pandora Data Cleansing Project Team and take a lead role in administration of the Pandora application working closely with the Data Cleansing Project Team. Additionally, this position will work with the project team to identify needed cleansing, set the plan needed to make data changes, execute the plans, and then assist the team in tracking progress of tasks. Responsibilities: Administration of the Experian Pandora application including loading, configuring, training, securing, and other general administration tasks of both the server and workstation components. Develop and/or provide oversight of data analysis in the Pandora software for the project team. Work with IT representatives to understand the data structure and working with the Data Cleansing Team to understand business requirements, identify data inconsistencies, errors, and duplication in the DDS data. Assist the project team in setting plans for needed cleansing and assist with tracking those plans. Reporting of progress related to identifying, planning for correction, and tracking of those plans. Participate in coordination with external vendors that provide support for hardware, network, databases, and applications. Participate in configuration, implementation, and change discussions related to network components that effect the system. Serve as a technical adviser for the Data Cleansing Project. Identify best practices for the application and assist Data Cleansing Project Team in executing those practices. Participate in performance and capacity management/planning of servers and workstations. Competencies: Strong knowledge of application administration. Excellent data analysis experience with relational databases. Demonstrated experience in application administration of vendor supplied software. Demonstrated experience working in a team environment. Ability to conceptualize and articulate alternatives for problem resolution. Exceptional oral and written communication skills. Proven ability to effectively communicate at all levels of an organization.
