The Test Analyst is expected to perform or assist with test planning, test design and test execution. Additional Responsibilities: Under minimal supervision, Test Analysts are engaged in work efforts at all scales ranging from minor defect fixes and enhancements to development of new applications. They are also involved in all types of solution approaches (e.g., custom development, package implementation, etc.) Collaborate with Project Test Lead and multiple Test Analyst Analyzes and reviews requirements and technical work products Assist with defining and managing test plans, strategies, results reporting and metrics Designs test scenarios, scripts and data, then executes the scripts for Farm Credit Scoring project Defines testing approaches for test data management, performance, and regression testing Validates test results and records and researches defects Maps requirements to tests and test results Prioritizes, defines, and manages defect reporting and resolution Leverages appropriate testing tools and techniques based on technology domain Identifies means to be more effective and efficient in testing, without compromising quality Considers and represents the end users experience during the software development life cycle Test Analysts also assist with release tests. Validates that release components are installed in the appropriate testing environment Executes release testing according to the release test plan Identifies, documents, and reports release test results Addresses defects found in release testing Experience: At least six years of test analysis experience Experience working at a project level that coordinates across multiple Agile lines in and out of the company P&C Insurance, Quality Center experience a plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
