DHS is seeking an Enterprise Architecture (EA) Analyst to support the EA team in its mission to create a unified IT environment (standardized hardware and software systems) across the DHS and its agencies. The EA team establishes the enterprise-wide strategy for architecture and provides governance to maximize value in digital transformation. The EA Analyst will own the administration of our EA tool and provide support for business and IT stakeholders. This position will create and maintain documentation and training materials to aid execution and adoption of EA processes. This role will assist in coordinating various EA activities and may act as a liaison between the EA team and other stakeholders. Responsibilities for this position include but not limited to: • Develop an in-depth knowledge our Enterprise Architecture (EA) Tool "Bizzdesign Horizon" • Provide administration of our EA Tool and support to business and IT stakeholders • Analyze, extract, and collect EA related data and load/organize data within the EA tool/repository • Collaborate with Architects, Business SMEs, Technical Leads, and other stakeholders to realize business value through EA functions • Manage the repository of Architecture artifacts, EA sites and channels (SharePoint, Teams) to ensure relevant content, ease of use, and organizational adoption • Support Architects in carrying out EA functions, such as modeling our As-Is and To-Be states • Develop and maintain documentation and training materials to aid stakeholder adoption of EA resources/processes • Create, improve or make accessible presentations and visualizations of information in the EA repository for stakeholder consumption • Continuously improve the processes to keep EA data current and high quality, with minimal manual effort A successful candidate for this role is expected to possess the following skills and experience: • Experience supporting users by managing user security (access/roles), reports, content, etc. within software platforms/tools • Exposure to Enterprise Architecture software/tools preferred • Knowledge of or willingness to learn Enterprise Architecture practices/concepts/frameworks • Experience with developing process flow diagrams, IT technical documents, training materials, and presentations • Experience working in an agile/iterative delivery environment • Understanding of network, data center and cloud architecture • Understanding of relational da   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
