This is a 3 day onsite 2 offsite hybrid role. Only candidates who are willing to relocate will be considered. This person will need experience using applications which includes managing the validation and data pulls from a data collection system used by the Department of Public Health. The system is solely on a python platform. In addition to the technical data experience needed to perform the requirements, this position will also be responsible for assisting users with questions regarding EMResource, data submission and application functionality, and data transfer. This is an ONSITE position. There may be remote/hybrid potential; however, this position will be ONSITE day-1 This contractor will need to possess an expert understanding of data systems, data integrity, and data validation; have clear/concise communication skills to understand and explain the importance of data validation; communicate with internal partners and provide clear and concise instructions regarding functionality. The contractor will possess: Experience utilizing other software applications/databases to visualize and aggregate data for internal and external submissions and viewing; the ability write and understand windows BAT files; an expert level experience with Excel VBA; strong coding experience in Python; ability to troubleshoot programming errors; Experience providing customer support to end-users as well. REQUIREMENTS: • Expert understanding of data systems, data integrity, and data validation [Requires 5 years] • Proficient in Microsoft VBA Excel with the ability to do advanced data manipulation.
