Additionally, will perform regular administration and support of IDL Network Infrastructure to include Cisco Routers, Cisco VOIP, and Microsoft Servers 2008-2012R2. Tier 2 Helpdesk support for IDL enduser support. Microsoft Windows 10 OS imaging, MS Windows Deployment Services, MS Server 2008R2 and 2012R2, MS Distrubuted File System, Active Directory Windows environment experience in an enterpirse environment. Cisco Routers, Switches and WiFi AP network experience. Anticipated Hours of work: Weekly, Monday through Friday, 8:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., PT., with an expected half hour unpaid lunch break. Weekly work hours not to exceed 38 hours. Primary Work location: CDA Staff Office - 3284 W. Industrial Lp Coeur dAlene ID 83835. This position is not expected to travel. However limited travel may be required. Please provide burdened and unburdend rates. Years of Relevant Experience: Six plus years of experience. Preferred Education: Four year college degree or equivalent technical study. Role Description: All roles specified in SA1 and SA2 plus the following. • Solid understanding of networking/distributed computing environment concepts. • Understands principles of routing client/server programming. • Manage expectations at all levels: customers/end users, executive sponsors. • Understand the business application of technical support and design in an application development environment. • Work with the various Infrastructure teams and operations provider to identify the strategic direction of systems management activities. • Understands the design of consistent network-wide file system layouts. • Develop plans for disaster recovery/ backup and archiving. May supervise other contractors. Required Skills: Excellent communication skills, and technical knowledge. - Windows 10 unattended deployment using Windows Deployment Services (WDS) with images stored on existing MS Distributed File System (DFS). - Image capturing and unattended files explanations (including the unattended file samples). - Complete and well explained step-by-step articles. - The articles must include screenshots of the process. Serve as an interim tier 2 support Technician, performing regular ongoing administration of clients enterprise Network Infrastructure, including MS Server 2008-2012R2, Cisco Routers, Cisco Switches, and Cisco Wi-Fi AP.
