Validation and/or updating of the current as is” software application environment 2. A high level process map that reflects existing core business processes mapped to the relevant systems 3. Creation and documentation of Highways future state environment with consideration for business process improvements, data needs and designation of core systems. 4. Final plan that outlines the opportunities to improve the Division of Highways business process and existing systems based on business criticality and technical risk.
