This is a 3-4 month contract with a specific set of deliverables that must be produced in that timeframe. Facilitation a. Experience with negotiation, facilitation and presentation skills b. Experience leading and facilitating group and individual discussions to meet specific outcomes 2. Communication a. Excellent communication skills with proven success communicating with all levels of staff b. Ability to communicate with both business and IT experts 3. Documentation a. Experience documenting both functional and non-functional requirements b. Experience documenting business processes c. Experience analyzing business processes and extracting requirements from them d. Experience defining business logic for system development e. Expert knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite 4. Professionalism a. Ability to function independently with minimal direction or guidance b.
