It should be noted that this PSO does not assure selected resources are required on a full-time, long term basis and resources may be assigned and removed at any time, and may not be engaged by this PSO on a full time basis. Additionally, the work to be performed will be offsite and away from client . Vendors are to submit one representative resource only per each sub-service, compliant with the requirements stated herein, for consideration in the evaluation of this PSO. NOTE: Funding for this PSO has not been appropriated for the entire duration as stated in the Estimated Completion Date. Continued execution under this PSO is contingent on additional funding and/or appropriations. The client Department of Motor Vehicles (DMV) has the obligation to provide a variety of motor vehicle registration services, operator licensing services, and regulatory compliance services as mandated by the Idaho Legislature and applicable Federal regulations. DMV is modernizing their systems and is developing and maintaining a Data Warehouse and associated data base structures as a part of this modernization effort. The system under development is known as the Collaborative Online Archival Library (COAL). In addition to warehousing DMV data, the proposed system will also create an enterprise-wide view of DMV customers, and will serve as the system of record for all customer-related data attributes and will provide these Enterprise Customer details to other systems in the DMV portfolio of modernization. The scope of this work is to develop software systems for: 1. Warehousing, Archiving and storage of all DMV data as identified by the COAL project. 2. Retrieval of data and reporting based on the retrieved results. 3. Implementation of data quality and integrity checks. 4. Maintaining a merged relationship of legacy Customer transactions under a common Enterprise Customer index. 5. Maintenance and updating of Enterprise Customer records. 6. Staging of legacy data for pre-loading into modernized systems at launch. 7. Other features and functions as approved by project sponsors. Required Skills: 1. 4 years experience in the following aspects of development: A. Web-based and desktop application environment B. SQL database development C. Report development with SSRS D. Data Integration with SSIS E. Understanding of data communication between disparate systems 2. Ability to communicate technically (verbally and in writing) with other developers, system architects, and technical managers is crucial. 3. Ability to communicate (verbally and in writing) with non-technical business subject matter experts, stakeholders and project managers for clarifications, to define rules, and to provide explanations is critical. 4. Prior experience with the following systems is a must, including Work ticket management system – LanDesk; Visual Studio and TFS. 5.
