This is a large effort which requires not only, upgrading from SharePoint 2007 to 2010, but also restructuring ITDs intranet and establishing an enterprise collaboration portal, as well as, the development of business specific reporting from Project Server. The Department is focused on greatly expanding its opportunity to leverage Project Server and SharePoint functionality/capabilities to support business operations. As a result, ITD anticipates business areas to require assistance with "out of the box" site functionality/set up, customized workflow deployment, and assistance with generating Project Server reports. It is the intention of the Department to augment existing SharePoint resources during application implementation and as specific needs arise that cannot be met by existing resources. Expected Deliverables: ITD intends to hire a firm to support Project Server 2010 and SharePoint 2010 development on as needed basis. ITD will require SharePoint site development and assistance with Project Server reporting. ITD expects that these resources work under the direction of ITDs Project Server/SharePoint administrator and appropriate project coordinators/managers.
