Agency Project Scope (Description of Work Needed - Additional background check requirements are to be added here) The software engineer is responsible for analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of software. Software Engineers typically are involved in maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work. Software engineers have a range of skills and knowledge of current technologies. They can utilize knowledge of theory, principles, or technology of specific discipline or field of specialization.

Agency Expected Deliverables
Experience: Four plus years of experience.
Education: Four-year college degree or equivalent study in the area of business process design
Description of skills and knowledge include:

• This is a professional level position which may require coordination of programming activities being conducted by the team
• Confers with other business and technical personnel to resolve problems of intent, inaccuracy, or feasibility of computer processing.
• Leverages excellent written and verbal communication skills to develop new business process and programming solutions as directed by business and technical stakeholders.
• Utilize deep modeling, design and coding skills.
• Analyze and design enhancements, development programs, and/or required fixes to production problems.
• Design applications to functional and technical programming standards.
• Gather and interpret user requirements into design specifications.
• Develop system specifications and interfaces
• Determine time estimates and schedules for work.
• Code enhancement and development programs and/or required fixes to production problems using the functional and technical programming standards.
• Test enhancement and development programs.
• Structured code reviews / walkthroughs.
• Advises client or department heads on alternate methods of solving need or problem or recommends specific solution.
• Create and provide content for operational documentation to Technical Writers.
• Utilize configuration management tools, design tools, debugging tools, and any other environment specific tools necessary to create, test, and implement an application.
• Deliver a user interface that provides intuitive and ease of navigation through the entire system process.
• Provides documentation according to agency standards
• Provide knowledge transfer at end of project

Specific Skills Required (Programming languages, databases, operating systems, etc.)
Skills required:

To support the Dynamics 365 Application development requirements. This resource will be 100% dedicated to development and providing support for Windows and browser-based application needs for DHW businesses.

Scope of work includes, but is not limited to: Analysis, design, programming, testing, and training. This person will have experience in Microsoft Dynamics 365 (CRM development), Plugin Development & Registration, Web API Development, ASP.Net, C# coding standards, HTML, JavaScript, Microsoft Azure Servicesand have experience with the associated design principles.Experience in all aspects of software development, including security, best practices for developing a sustainable, maintainable application and working methodologies.

Expected Deliverables: Ability to customize Dynamics 365 solutions, Building Web Pages, Adding Custom Entities, write complex plugins using ASP.Net and/or C# code, Develop complex workflows in Dynamics 365 & Azure.Extensive experience in .Net coding standards and practices.
