Two years of MDM implementation is ideal. PRINCIPAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES Full Stack Development and support of .net applications and could applications. Providing support to resolving operational related issues with special attention to: Root Cause resolution within application software. Root Cause promotion and championship for business and external team. Ability to provide support out of normal work hours. Provide Uses case documentation on Web application and all batch process. Provide Automated test for web application and web services. Improve performance and reliability of system. Provide constant feedback to team lead. Automate system using tidal. Collaborate with the business and IT Teams to deliver the required solution quickly and efficiently. Elicit and document requirements, user stories and acceptance criteria. Ensure that the business and IT teams have a consistent understanding of what has to be delivered. Work with QA so they can easily create their test cases. Help prioritize and scope the deliverables, making sure they meet the key requirements defined. Lead discussions between IT and the business teams if there are questions or concerns on either side. Recognize and discuss process improvements that will assist the business team accomplish specific goals. JOB REQUIREMENTS Bachelor degree in Information Systems or related/relevant degree. 5 years of work experience using .Net, C#, MS SQL, MSMQ, ESB, Google Cloud, Web Services, Exposure to Linux, and interest to learn new technology such as MDM, ESB, Redis, distributed systems. 5 years of Unix or Linux scripting skills. 5 years of Oracle SQL querying skills. Working knowledge of Informatica MDM and IDQ is a plus. 5 years of work experience as an analyst or developer in a retail environment, ideally with Marketing teams. 2 years of experience working in an agile development environment. Excellent interpersonal & communication skills. Able to effectively convey business scenarios to diverse audiences. Excellent writing skills. Strong sense of ownership, initiative, and urgency in addressing issues and following up. Excellent analytic and problem-solving skills.
