The site will provide a location for users across departments and outside organizations to collaborate on IHDAs multifamily financing application and closing processes. IHDA intends to procure two (2) Application Development consultants (“Consultants”) with SharePoint and .NET background to provide software development services (“Services”). Using the current SharePoint system and custom .Net forms as a prototype, the Consultants will create new functionality and flow for IHDA Connect utilizing both custom and out-of-the-box SharePoint 2016 capabilities, including forms and workflows. The resulting contract with the awarded Bidder shall have an initial term of one (1) year. In no event will the total term of the contract, including the initial term, any renewal terms, and any extensions exceed ten (10) years. 30 ILCS 500/20-60. To provide go-live support, the Consultants must be on-site for the last three (3) weeks of the contract. The Consultants can work off-site for the remainder of the contract. If the Consultants prefer to work on-site for the full contract, IHDA will be able to accommodate. By closely following functional specifications, the Consultants will utilize their knowledge of SharePoint, ASP.Net, and C# to design, document, develop, and deploy new features to IHDA Connect.
