Required Skills: 5+ years of experience in digital analytics, reporting and testing 3 + years of experience in Salesforce consulting Experience with Salesforce HEDA and implementation in higher education Expert knowledge in Salesforce and Pardot Salesforce Certification (Admin, Developer, Advanced Administrator) Experience with end user process mapping and training with demonstrated track record of adoption Experience with marketing automation, segmentation, and drop campaigns Proven ability to manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders to deliver results in a fast-paced, deadline-oriented environment. Strong interpersonal skills and communication skills Other technical expertise in operating systems a plus Project Scope: 1. Provide a bird-eye view of Salesforce integration and opportunity to implement best practices in implementation. 2. Collaborate with various departments to understand their Salesforce objectives and goals, and then define and implement a framework to achieve success. 3. Interpret technical and business strategy roadmaps and apply a detailed technical solution in Salesforce. 4. Develop Salesforce dashboards that reflect departments KPIS. Coach department leads through data representation, data integrity, interpretation, and storytelling of data. 5. Help strategize and implement Pardot best practices across various departments and process flows. 6. Integrate work-based learning process and data into the system. 7. Foster lead generation and cultivation initiatives end-to-end through Salesforce/Pardot and contribute to contact management process improvement. 8. Assist in the development of Pardot journey maps and automation campaigns that lead to conversion. 9. Partner with stakeholders to develop Change Management Strategy and Plans for rollout and adoption of Salesforce CRM. 10. Suggest/evaluate needs for 3rd party integrations. 11. End user training and management team best practices 12. Problem solve around limitations in this phase of implementation. Deliverables: 1. Complete phase one of Salesforce and Pardot build out. 2. Train all current users and develop systems to monitor progress. 3. Seamless integration with 3rd party apps as determined in collaboration with Team. 4. Train the trainer for Developer. 5.
