Strong knowledge of system testing best practices and methodologies. Experience managing/executing tests utilizing HPs Application Lifecycle Management (ALM), Unified Functional Testing (UFT), Performance Center and LoadRunner tools. Extensive knowledge with one or more core software applications like Oracles E-Business Suite (Finance, Supply Chain), Siebel, Agile PLM, Sales Force or end-to-end functions (Order to Cash, Procure to Pay, Forecast to Pay etc.). Direct hands-on experience with ad hoc query programs, automated testing tools, and reporting software. Demonstrates excellent understanding of intersystem dependencies around primary applications and multiple secondary applications. Ability to rapidly assimilate new information and develop comprehensive knowledge of system being tested. Good project management skills and/or substantial exposure to project-based work structures. Good listening, presentation, and interpersonal skills. Ability to communicate ideas in both technical and user-friendly language.
