The resource is to perform maintenance and project tasks as well as mentor Department Staff to allow for a smooth “hand-off” at contract termination. The awarded vendor must meet the requirements outlined in the Contract, specifically Section 1: DESCRIPTION OF SUPPLIES AND SERVICES. The Agency anticipates making a multiple award to a primary, secondary and tertiary vendor. The responsible and responsive vendor with the lowest price will be awarded a contract as the primary vendor; the responsible and responsive vendor with the second lowest price will be awarded a contract as the secondary vendor and the responsible and responsive vendor with the third lowest price will be awarded a contract as the tertiary vendor.
