Job Description :

Responsibilities:

Successful development and implementation of large, cross-functional projects with medium to high priority and high risk
Sets deadlines, assigns responsibilities, monitors and summarizes progress of projects and/or programs
Anticipates and provides strategies/solutions to high complexity project/program management issues or conflicts
Prepares insights and status reports for upper management regarding projects or program
Builds relationships with key internal customers and stakeholders to ensure the services of the organization deliver to their needs, and to better understand how technology can best support current and future business needs
Manages and balances the priorities while mitigating & escalating appropriate risks
Plans, schedules and directs periodic reviews of achievements/performance vs. strategic plans Develops and/or directs implementation of executive level reporting and artifacts, including but not limited to: dashboards, prioritization tools, planning, scheduling, cost management, and quality assurance
Provides subject matter expertise to team members and internal/external stakeholders on complex assignments/projects for his/her assigned area(s) of responsibility
Maintains knowledge on current and emerging developments/trends, assesses the impact, and collaborates with management to incorporate trends and developments in current and future solutions
Acts as an advocate for continuous improvement to improve business processes Education

Exposure to, and experience with:

Digital Intelligence Automation, Robotic Process Automation Programs, and/or experience in stakeholder management shifting users from legacy technology to digital transformation are a plus
Relies on extensive experience and judgment to plan and accomplish goals
Understanding of business process automation and business transformation program
Ability to solve problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists
Confident, comfortable communicator with strong written and verbal communication skills
Strong presentation skills with demonstrated ability to influence at all levels of management through clear, informed and logical discussions/presentations
Demonstrates strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative style
Demonstrates the ability to use sound judgment and discretion regarding confidential information

4 Year/Bachelors degree or 5 years of equivalent work experience in lieu of Bachelors (Minimum Required) Experience

7 to 9 years experience in business consulting and/or program management directly related to the specific responsibilities of this position (Required)
