Primary Responsibilities: · Analyze and resolve tasks associated with partially matched information using pre-defined business rules. · Prioritize and maintain personal workload in the Master Client Index according to customer requirements. · Define and execute processes to monitor data integrity and privacy, establish consistent data definitions, and monitor overall data quality for assigned data entities. · Identify and manage the resolution of data quality issues, such as uniqueness, integrity and accuracy · Ensure that participating applications address defined data management practices, policies, and procedures. · Keep management informed on day-to-day activities and potential risks found. · Keep customer engaged by providing feedback on data quality trends, and making sure that theyre part of the resolution process. Required Skills: · Ability to deal with ambiguous situations · Ability to triage and prioritize tasks based on business needs. · Knowledge of data profiling, data quality, data management, and master data management concepts. · Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; Display strong skills to objectively analyze and evaluate issues. · Detail-oriented. · Strong Communication Skills. · Experience in Microsoft Office tools such as Excel, Word, Outlook, etc. Preferred/Additional (non-required) Skills: · Experience with any tools for Data Management capabilities including Data Governance, Data Quality and Master Data Management. · Knowledge on the usage of IBM MDM and usage of the Inspector tool preferred, but not mandatory.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
