You engage people in problem solving without taking over. · Is Accountable: You meet clearly stated expectations and takes responsibility for achieving results. · Implementation/Execution: You organize and manage multiple priorities and/or projects using appropriate methodologies and tools Role Essentials The successful candidate should possess a BS, preferably in a quantitative field (Math, Comp Sci, Econ, Engineering) and a minimum of two to three years of related work experience in the following areas: § Experience with website reporting tools such as Omniture, Coremetrics, WebTrends, Google Analytics, etc. § Interest in working with data and ability to identify trends and derive business applicable insights § Logical approach to problem solving § Must be extremely detail oriented, with excellent organization skills § Should be resourceful, work well under pressure, flexible, adaptable, able to keep up in a fast-paced environment § Technically-savvy; able to bridge marketing and business with web development and IT § Ability to multi-task § Excellent in Excel and PowerPoint required Role Desirables § Experience in web analytics supporting an e-commerce or financial services web site § RDBMS background (Relational Database Management Systems) § Working knowledge of SQL § Working knowledge of SPSS or SAS Reporting Relationships Reports to Web Analytics Consultant   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
