Windows Optimized Deployment Design Consultant The Windows Optimized Deployment Design Consultant provides onsite and remote services directly to customers to help them plan, design, and implement the use of Windows 10 throughout the customers enterprise. The consultant will use a variety of deployment toolkits including SCCM, MDT and others. Consulting services are designed to provide stand-alone value to the customer and enable them to take advantage of all the benefits of standardizing on Microsofts latest operating system. Positions General Duties and Tasks (Day to Day) • Manage strategic engagements while providing exceptional customer service on Windows 10 planning and migration projects • Assume leadership on engagements and work without direct supervision, interfacing with customer IT and business-function leaders • Develop and present comprehensive analysis and documentation of the customers current state of operations and recommendations for Windows 10 and/or Office 365 implementation • Develop supporting documentation • Maintain professional demeanor and appearance Basic Qualifications TECHNICAL SKILLS • Windows deployment expertise using Microsoft Deployment Toolkit (MDT) and Configuration Manager OS Deployment (OSD) (5+ years) • SCCM 2012 deployment and infrastructure knowledge (5+ Years) • Experience with large scale windows migrations and active directory upgrades / migrations (5+ years) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Active Directory to include implementation of GPOs (5+ years) • A working knowledge of standard client platform administration, configuration, rights management and file access (5+ years) • Knowledge of the Windows registry, interaction of drivers within the OS, and unattended/silent installs of Windows operating systems (5+ years) • In-depth knowledge of Windows 10 enterprise features (3+ years) • Working knowledge of Microsoft Edge browser enterprise mode (3+ years) • CONSULTING SKILLS • Business case analysis (5+ years) • Technical writing whitepapers or findings reports (5+ years) • Excellent oral and written communication skills • Excellent presentation skills • Proven success under aggressive schedules and ambiguous direction • Strong interpersonal, customer orientation, team interaction, analytical and decision making skills • Proven ability to elicit customer requirements, define limits to project scope and develop contract documentation Nice to Have; (not Required) • Project Lead Experience • Working knowledge of Office 365 Exchange Online and On- Premise hybrid configuration • Working knowledge around Microsoft EMS suite of Applications and MDM security using these tools   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
