The SharePoint Developer will be a key member of the SharePoint/Office 365 practice where he/she will work closely with a team of developers to ensure the successful implementation of SharePoint solutions for the agency. The SharePoint Developer will provide professional consulting services on SharePoint projects utilizing SharePoint Online and SharePoint Server. Primary Responsibilities ? Develop in SharePoint Online/Office 365. ? Integrate and migrate to SharePoint Online/Office 365.. ? Create and maintain site and list definitions. ? Create and maintain master pages and layouts, web parts, lists, content types. ? Create and maintain workflows. ? Provide advice, support and training on any items relating to permissions, site ownership, document management, forms and workflows. ? Coding, testing and implementing solutions ? Clearly document problems, analyses and solutions. Communicate the status of issues to users and management. ? Provide end user support primarily as related to SharePoint. ? Work with end users and development team to define, develop and test solutions to resolve issues and requests. Participate in the analysis to design enhancements or solve existing SharePoint issues ? Maintain the SharePoint server and services. ? Exhibit excellent verbal and communication skills. Qualifications ? 3+ years of SharePoint development experience ? Knowledge of the features and architectural design of Windows SharePoint services and SharePoint Online (Office 365). ? Prior experience deploying, managing, administering and monitoring SharePoint implementations ? Prior experience configuring and organizing SharePoint sites using IA components such as content types ? A thorough understanding of the following concepts: Collaboration, Portals, Enterprise Search, Enterprise Content Management, Business Process and Forms, Information Architecture ? Knowledge of migrating content into SharePoint ? Knowledge in upgrading SharePoint to a new version ? Experience in applying branding to SharePoint (master pages, page layouts, design manager) ? Experience in SharePoint workflow or workflow tools such as Nintex ? Ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues ? Experience in web part configuration including search and content query web parts ? Knowledge of Office 365 including SharePoint Online, Exchange Online and Skype for Business ? Experience in writing and executing PowerShell scripts ? Microsoft developer certifications (MOSS, MCSD, MCDBA, Certified SharePoint Developer, Certified SharePoint Administrator, etc.) is desirable, but not required ? Experience in writing and executing PowerShell scripts Top requirements ? 3+ years of SharePoint development experience. ?
