Valid Massachusetts Drivers license Preferred Qualifications: The ideal candidate will possess the following qualifications: • Minimum of 5 years of project management experience in a technology environment; • Technical/ software development background preferred; • Proven track record of leading complex/cross-functional teams on large scale projects and programs; • Proficiency with MS Project, or comparable project management software; • Expertise in computer-based tools, including office automation applications such as spreadsheets, graphics, word processing, and presentation; • Experience implementing system using standard data exchange protocols; • Experience managing data integration projects and working with web and database technologies; • Experience managing multi-project programs; • Experience overseeing medium to large vendor contracts; • Experience managing state government projects; • Excellent communication, organization, interpersonal and writing skills; • Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to work independently and take initiative; • Ability to be innovative and think out of the box; • Attention to detail; • Ability to work in a dynamic and fast-paced environment; • Strong time management and interpersonal skills and; 3. Preferred Skills • PMI certification is desired • Experience managing projects that design and develop databases in Oracle and/or MS SQL Server; • Experience managing systems integration projects; • Experience managing online application implementations, especially those using integration via web services; • Experience managing projects delivered in the early education or health and human services areas   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
