Work with internal and external customers and go beyond the request to make improvements. For example: If a customer has a current plan with a higher rate, they will give a better price. Engage clients on payroll and ensure that they provide data to support the data on that file. Get information scoped out, write requirements, and program the payroll info to the system. Receive the customer data and translate (ETL) it into a format that the system can consume. Create complex SQL queries on backend and source to target data mappings in Informatica. Transfer and write the data to files, SQL Server database, or reports. Use parameterized files. Write test plans by looking at the scope to test requirements then code and test the data sets. Need creative problem solving skills who like to get the test results explain any issue and fix it. Should have a solid understanding of how defined benefits plans work, but need not be experts. Must Haves: Strong Data Analysis experience Be able to do complex joins – their data is complicated and located across multiple tables At least 3 years of SQL experience Relational Database knowledge Defined Benefits experience ( Does not have to be within the administration group) Project Oriented Creative/Problem solving personality Nice to Haves: Infromatica – Ability to write data maps   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
