The candidate, working with key stakeholders, will be responsible for creating project plans and other deliverables as required, ensuring each initiative is delivered smoothly and timely manner. JOB DUTIES: Develop and manage multiple comprehensive implementation plans in coordination with key stakeholders. Maintain, update and report on project activities and schedule Proactively understand and develop project plans in alignment with the Programs strategic plans and objectives Supports activities to influence decisions in order to ensure work towards project objectives, including scope, schedule, budget, vendor and change management Effectively apply project management and facilitation methodologies to ensure all implementation projects are rolled out according to timelines. Establish timelines, coordinate/collaborate with stakeholders to ensure appropriate support is provided during an implementation. Document and communicate the status of all phases of the implementation process Prepare and deliver presentations to senior leadership, management and stakeholders Escalate and track issues including resource requirements and interdependencies as needed. When targets are not on track, develops root cause analyses and implements action plan to correct. Assess and manage risks to implementation plans Proactively review existing processes and if required, recommend process changes that would benefit the program. EDUCATION, EXPERIENCE and QUALIFICATIONS Bachelors Degree 5-7 years of IT applications experience as a Business Analyst with a solid foundation in core project management Strong analytical skills, problem solving aptitude, and attention to detail Solid project management and organizational skills Excellent communication, presentation and negotiation skills Ability to work well with others in fast paced, dynamic environment Strong initiative and ability to manage multiple projects as well as strong follow through skills Must be able to collaborate with key stakeholders in an environment where deliverables are potentially dependent on the output of others.
