Description:

Responsibilities:
• Provide technical representation and leadership on all support issues related to the Atlas system
• Support Project Management in the definition and technical validation of delivery schedules and plans
• Troubleshoot and resolve Atlas server issues
• Hardware specification and procurement
• Setup, configure and maintain n-tier environments, including: Application servers, Web servers, Web services, Database servers
• Security specification and reviews
• Disaster recovery planning and implementation
• On-call support

Required Qualifications:
• Bachelors Degree or equivalent training/experience in the technology arena
• Exposure to the following technologies:
o MS Visual Basic.Net or equivalent development language experience
o SQL Server development and administration
o Windows Server administration
o VMWare
o Performance analysis and tuning
o Backup and recovery
o Disaster recovery
• The ability to interface equally well with various levels of technical personnel, subject matter experts, senior level stakeholders, developers, and project managers
• Strong technical development background in at least one relevant technology, along with commercial and technical experience developed in a fast-moving web environment
• Strong communication skills both in writing and speaking
