Specific goals for the contract resulting from this RFQ include: • Development of and maintenance of a Dynamics 365 solution used to manage social services. This will include the development of forms, dashboards, reports, and data import/export processes. Required Qualifications: • Minimum Bachelors degree • 5 or more years experience with the design and development of Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions • Dynamics 365 CRM or Dynamics 2016 CRM experience • JavaScript development within Dynamics CRM • Understanding of health care data (subject matter knowledge) • Good verbal and written communication skills Preferred Qualifications: • SQL development skills It is expected that the services of the QV will be required for up to forty (40) hours per week, but there may be certain projects that require additional time. The University anticipates that it will require the services of the QV beginning as soon as possible. It is anticipated that these services will be needed for a period of approximately 3 (three) months, ending on April 30, 2019 and will be located in 333 South Street Shrewsbury, MA. It is possible that the term will be extended for a period of time not to exceed the maximum amount of time allowed under the RFA, depending upon budget and business requirements and upon agreement of the Parties. Travel to other UMMS sites may be necessary. The University anticipates that it will select one (1) or more QV(s) (at the discretion of the University) to negotiate a contract(s) based on this RFQ on or before February 15, 2019. INSURANCE REQUIREMENTS Qualified vendor must comply with the insurance requirements outlined in the Master Service Agreement. COMPENSATION: The QV will be compensated at an hourly rate that is commensurate with experience. Interested QVs are asked to submit a proposed hourly rate of compensation.
