This is a backfill for a current Apex placement. Good shot here. candidates must have good experience with Workday financials and HCM make sure the training experience is already in the resume!

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES

Become well versed in the end user functionality for Human Resources and Financial related modules with ability to demonstrate technical/functional expertise.
Conduct needs assessment to identify skills gaps as related to the necessary requirements to perform job functions, procedures, workflow, report generation, and end-user data entry within the Workday ERP platform.
Following the ADDIE model of course development, design, update, edit, and produce Workday end–user training manuals, job aides, booklets, guides, and reference materials.
Conduct training classes through multiple delivery methods to include: Instructor-led workshops/classrooms, webinars, on-site demonstrations.
Following the Kirkpatrick Evaluation Model, create training evaluation forms and review process.
Leads Train-the-Trainer sessions.
Assist in scheduling employee groups for City-led Workday training sessions.
Keep accurate City-led Workday training attendance records.
Maintain safe and healthy training environment by following policies and the Office of Learning & Development operational standards.
Maintain excellent customer service delivery throughout all engagement opportunities and contact points.

REQUIRED SKILLS, KNOWLEDGE AND ASSESSMENTS

Demonstrated ability to work closely with non-technical end-users.
Demonstrated strength and experience in adult learning facilitation and training within technical applications.
Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
Demonstrated knowledge of adult learning styles and principles.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and within a team environment.
Ability to be flexible and adaptive within diverse, changing environments.
Professional demeanor with strong customer service focus.
Excellent technical skills within the Microsoft Office 365 Suite to include: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, TEAMS, Planner, and Outlook.
Demonstrated expertise in virtual learning environments to include webinar and virtual classroom set-up and facilitation.
