Submission Deadline: 5/21/2018 12:00 p.m. Start Date: 7/1/2018 End Date: 6/30/2021 Client: Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) Description: The Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (MHBE) created a website and call center operating under the name Maryland Health Connection (MHC). Through MHC, Maryland residents explore health insurance plans, compare rates, and determine their eligibility for advanced premium tax credits (APTC), cost sharing reductions (CSR) and public assistance programs such as Medicaid and the Maryland Childrens Health Insurance Program (MCHP). MHBE seeks up to four (4) Computer Programmer (Senior) resources to provide Extract, Transform and Load (ETL) design, development and support services for the Maryland Health Benefit Exchange (HBX) system. Minimum Qualifications: • A minimum of six (6) years of experience in enterprise application analysis and development. • A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in ETL design, development, performance tuning, monitoring and supporting using Informatica. • A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in creating complex and efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers and functions. • A minimum of two (2) years of hands-on experience in ETL platform administration and integration for performance monitoring and analysis. • A minimum of four (4) years of experience as a database developer utilizing SQL. • A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience using Informatica PowerCenter. • Experience in establishing and maintaining reporting databases and data warehouses. • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple critical priorities and tight deadlines. • Demonstrated analytical and problem solving skills. Preferred Qualifications: • A minimum of eight (8) years of experience in developing, maintaining, and enhancing Informatica Mappings, Work-flows, and processes. • A minimum of six (6) years of hands-on experience using Informatica PowerCenter. • A minimum of four (4) years of experience in architecting ETL solutions and data conversion strategies of disparate systems and create data mapping and modelling for data migrations. • A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in ETL design, development, performance tuning, monitoring and supporting using Informatica. • A minimum of four (4) years of hands-on experience in creating complex and efficient SQL queries, stored procedures, triggers and functions. • A minimum of two (2) years of ETL related experience in HealthCare EDI or Health and Human Services applications. • Experience with the State Based Marketplace solutions in Healthcare IT or Health and Human Services domains. • Experience in analyzing, converting and transforming EDI transaction sets such as the 834 and 999, IRS datasets such as the H36, H41, 1095-A, 1095-B and SBMI. • Knowledge in the Affordable Care Act (ACA) eligibility rules. • Experience in quality assurance, quality control and compliance processes of large scale Healthcare IT Systems. • Experience working with the Project Management Office (PMO) processes, policies and procedures.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
