Job Description Developer: Oracle Portal, SQL, PL/SQL, HTML IDMS NETWORK

[Note : Submission Due Date : Tuesday, February 28, 2012 no later than 2:00 PM]

[Note : Estimated Hours : 200]

Client is in need of one (1) Oracle Webcenter Portal developer with Jdeveloper and Java programming skills to support the installation, setup, and development of Webcetner portals for Race to the Top projects.

The Consultant will be responsible for:

1. Working with end-users to turn requirements into portal designs.
2. Working with database architect to define Webcenter portal repositories.
3. Developing and implement Webcenter portal setups.
4. Creating desired customizations for meet end-user requirements in Webcenter portal
5. Creating custom portals.
6. Working with operations team to integrate Webcenter portal with IDM, SSO, OAAM, and Oracle Webcenter Content.
7. Running conference room pilots to validate Webcenter Portal setups
8. Preparing setup specifications documents.

Consultant must have the following experience:

1. Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both orally and in writing.
2. BS degree in computer science.
3. At least four (4) years experience with developing Oracle portals.
4. At least four (4) years experience writing SQL, PL/SQL, HTLML, and Java.
5. At least two (2) years experience developing custom portals using industry portal standards.
6. At least one (1) years experience with Oracle Webcenter portal installation, setup, and customization.
7. At least one (1) years experience with integrating Oracle Webcenter portal with IDM.
