Individual possess strong and effective inter-personal and communications skills and the ability to interact professionally with groups inside and outside of the company. Responsible for mentoring and training new software engineers as well as other related duties that may be assigned from time to time. This position is required to assist the sales efforts by installing instruments and training customers in their uses at customer sites. You must be recognized expert in the region and mentor/train less experienced tech support employees.
