The incumbent ensures that the system components are functioning properly, as well as performing research and analysis to recommend and implement technical improvements to increase availability or to lower support costs. This is a highly collaborative team that works on development and production support. This is a regular daily shift schedule Monday through Friday They will be expected to be on call for 2 weeks, every six weeks as part of a rotating schedule. The selected applicant will need to use their own phone ,and computer when having to work remotely as permitted. We are looking for Service Now specific developers/administrators. This role will work on development, but also support production issues as they arise. At minimum, we are looking for 3 years of experience in Service Now specific to development. They should also be familiar with client side, and server side scripting, and UI pages.
