The Business Analyst is responsible for conducting high quality business analyses, translating business insights into simple concepts that are actionable, interface with technology teams in Agile delivery mode and translate feedback to Business team. The role requires deep familiarity with Finance, Credit systems, Agile development, Documentation, Product Development and Analysis techniques. Strong Communication skills, Analytical thinking and ability to define test requirements is a plus. Develop a deep understanding of Complex technological systems and Business environment including Regulatory laws and Global Markets Lead and partner with Business, SMEs, Technology and PMO to translating business requirements and used cases Engage in all phases of product development including problem/project scoping, project management, interfacing with internal and external topical experts, fact gathering and manipulation, synthesis and modeling, problem solving, and communication of key insights and recommendations Participate in the ongoing efforts to create, standardize and automate dashboards and Test cases Work with Data Management and other analytics groups to create/enhance standard reports using business application tools Effectively communicate, written and oral presentation, of insights to multiple levels of management across numerous business units and functional areas. Job Requirements 7+ years work experience with 2+yrs in Product development for Credit / Payment platforms Strong communication skills in order to collaborate effectively with the business unit, understand requirements and interpret findings Demonstrated proficiency in Open Source Development Stack with Oracle Databases Advanced Excel and Power Point skills including Pivot Tables Ability to work in a fast paced environment and juggle competing priorities A passion for problem-solving, comfort with ambiguity, and creativity Team player attitude, partnering, and collaboration skills MBA or Masters in quantitative field is a definite plus Agile project experience - at least 2 years   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
