Create incident and change tickets (IMACS) in GWH Service Center Tool. Coordinate the testing and implementation of software enhancements and patches with SMC system administrator and GWH resources. Knowledge of and participation in Annual Disaster Recovery Planning and execution. Production Builds / Release Management Support Code/Content Release Management; Deploy applications in clustered environment. Provide direction and oversight of the India Build Team with Build Planning, Code Promotion, Application Verification, Build Related Troubleshooting. Review delivered build packages Review India team published build plans and provide oversight/input. Interface with client and coordinate and oversee application deployment/builds by offshore team. Participate and assist client and India Build Team in troubleshooting activities related to builds. Institute process improvement in build/release management Deploy J2EE Business applications to Websphere Application Server Create, maintain, and modify build scripts and the build environment. Maintain documents for build processes.
