This position will be maintaining customer COTS/SAAS applications and should have extensive experience with networks, firewalls, network architecture including diagraming, remediating vulnerabilities and basic application Support. Knowledge of Linux OS , NIST security controls and various computer languages a plus. Prior experience with advanced Technical Writing, and Customer Service skills.
