These are lead roles, so we need candidates with strong communication, planning, lead and client facing skills. Skills needed: These are lead roles, so their hands on would be less, but having background with these areas would be beneficial. Must-Have Skills: o Experience in Application testing including test case creation, Data preparation, Expected results, execution and validation of results. o Hands on experience in Quality Center and ALM o Experience in Requirement management tool such as Doors, defect management tool such as clear quest o Expertise in Creating SQL queries, PL/SQL scripts o Oracle database architecture, Databases, Servers, Index, Domains etc. o Experience in front end and back end testing (User Interface/ETL Processing/SQL queries) o Excellent verbal communications, Documentation and teaming skills o Due to nature of the effort flexibility to move between different sub functions is a must (Current application is really huge, there is no way to keep a person in same area where initially assigned, based on the need, we may need to move around, in other words, person should be flexible in swapping around the application functional areas, that could require continuous learning.) o Familiarity with secondary mortgage business Nice to Have Skills: o Experience of technically leading teams of 4 people is a big plus for Level 3 candidates. o Familiarity with VB Script o Autosys and Ab Initio experience is a big plus   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
