Including everyday troubleshooting, dashboard building, monitoring setup and resolve issues for OCC. It also includes support and assist with the building project plans for OCC minor/major releases. To provide coordination and communicate project status to stakeholders as needed. Must be a self-starter, quick learner and be able to operate in a fast pace environment. Excellent writing, communication, organization/time management skills are a must as well as demonstrating the ability to successfully interact and coordinate across a diverse, global organization. Skills Needed: Experience with providing the end-to-end operational support activities, troubleshoot and resolve operator issues Experience with technical analytics and custom Dashboards for Interactive Reporting, Application Dashboard and Technical Reporting Experience with End User Experience Monitoring Exhibits critical thinking skills, attention to detail, quick learner and service oriented Excellent with tracking metrics and reporting; excellent MS Office skills Ability to resolve complex business requirements via SAP configured solutions Ability to identify SAP notes and work system changes through the change Management process Responsibilities: Work with Business and Technical Analysts to define requirements and translate them to functional specifications Collaborates as needed with other SAP support team members on configuration design questions and analysis Update procedures, operation instructions, and any other documentation impacted by system changes Stays current on latest SAP technical developments within the Application Lifecycle Management space Qualifications Required: Two year degree in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Business Administration or related field Minimum of 1 years experience working Solution Manager and Operation Command Center Detail oriented, ability to be self-directed, learn quickly, and possess excellent problem solving skills Ability to develop and exercise task specific project plans with minimal supervision.
