Directs and serves as a mentor to less experienced staff.: 10+ years of experience in business systems analysis and/or design Responsibilities: Consulting and performing very complex analyses involving large datasets and mining from multiple sources in a Teradata SQL environment Responsible for very complex partner assignments to identify and define strategic business issues that require analyses. Requires the ability to translate this information into an insightful and succinct understanding of the business and the industry Analytics involved generally span multiple functional areas/business lines/data sources - Interpretation and presentation of results of analyses and recommendations in a clear and understandable format Requirements: Demonstrated experience working with large data sets using Teradata SQL, providing data analysis and arriving at conclusions based on the data set Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy. Expert Excel skills including pivot tables and advanced functions and formulas Knowledge of system databases, data elements, and application software solutions to maximize data gathering and data analysis Must be able to function independently in ambiguous situations Ability to articulate clearly, concisely, and professionally in both written and verbal communications Ability to analyze business requirements and transform those requirements into business rules Ability to influence, partner, and negotiate with senior business leaders to gain commitment to accomplish business goals Experience identifying inefficiencies, finding opportunities to streamline business processes, and implementing change Ability to work on many efforts concurrently and drive projects through to completion Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing a sustainable business processes Ability to extract, manipulate and analyze large datasets and come to conclusions based on findings and the ability to present the findings in a simple and understandable format Ability to multitask and learn independently in a fast paced environment   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
