Its needed because they have many projects and BAU efforts that are trying to touch limited resources across the site footprint. Example: Branches. These are the biggest access point. Teams need to go in to add routers, switches, circuits, etc. If they are going in, they need to submit a request for a temporary increase in bandwidth. Looking for a “master scheduler”. Someone that understands network technology and “building reports” in Access, SQL, Excel, etc. Example: There are a lot of closed branches. Multiple projects are supposed to finish this. Have to go to every PM, ask them to run scope against close list, send a list of sites that are impacted. Then they need to figure out if they are going into a closed site with a date scheduled, or if a date isnt scheduled do they push the project back onto the pile of projects or go ahead with it? Then they need to sit down with retail, go through considerations for the best action step for staff, customers, etc. Need to pull one view together/master scheduler to determine what sites are impacted because we have closed sites... would pull report, xyz site has 5 projects going on, a lot of interdependencies... could they “touch the site” once versus 4-5 times. Skillset: Experience in network technology is ideal Strong communication skills, comfortable working with various personality types Experienced in creating complex reporting (currently HM is hit daily for info requests, doing it manually) Excel- advanced Tableau experience   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
