Site Developer:

The Site Developer will be part of the dynamic Interactive Marketing Team - a team responsible for ameriprise.com, columbiathreadneedleus.com, riversource.com and numerous other interactive initiatives.

The Site Developer is responsible for the timely coding, development, posting and maintenance of Web content for Ameriprise Financial.

This position is a great opportunity to use best-in-class technology, interactive with business partners and work in a fun team environment.

Additional responsibilities:

* Site development of code, content and graphics for Ameriprise sites.

* Lead, help develop and maintain best practices for building and maintaining the site structure, layouts and content management for our sites within the UCM and the Site Studio Designer framework.

* Test the development of code for appropriate links, broken links, etc. as part of the implementation process. Maintain knowledge of and follow industry best practices.

* Ensure that all development work is implemented in a timely & high quality fashion to support interactive & product launches. Required Experience:

* Strong experience with HTML5 and CSS3

* Strong experience with UCM Site Studio Designer and UCM

* Strong experience working in an Agile work environment

* Proficient with JavaScript - primarily with jQuery and Bootstrap

Preferred Experience

1. Workflow, tracking and bug reporting tools such as JIRA and SourceTree

2. Experience with the Kanban and Scrum approaches of the Agile framework

3. Strong time management and organizational skills

4. A good understanding of financial services and the financial markets is desired but not necessary.
