This individual must have the ability to support PeopleSoft bolt-ons in addition to modules that have been highly-customized. Scope of work will focus in particular on I-9 and telecommuting forms and processes, as well as support for a homegrown system that handles HR realignment and downsizing. A solid understanding of the nature of government and regulatory requirements is vital in order to be able to incorporate and prioritize changes to the HRMS. This individual will provide daily Production Support to the business related to these PS screens and processes, collaborating with the business and with IT developers as needed for Enhancements and Break-Fixes. Specific Duties: · Work collaboratively and communicate effectively with teams and business partners within HR and IT · Gather, document, analyze and define detailed business requirements · Create functional designs that meet business needs · Set up table configuration and maintenance · Create and execute test plans to ensure compliance with design and with business need · Create and maintain documented business processes and procedures · Provide daily production support, including exploration of enhancements and break-fixes Must have qualifications/experience: · Develop and maintain relationships with business partners and development team · PeopleSoft HRMS 9.1 or higher – functional and technical expertise · PeopleSoft HCM table structure and records · Documentation expertise (functional requirements, test planning, etc.) · SQL query writing or PeopleSoft Query · Strong communication skills · Undergraduate degree or equivalent experience · Exposure to Agile, helpful · Experience with tools such as SQL Developer, SharePoint Designer, Visio, helpful   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
