The Digital Product Manager will insure that all UHC Community & State digital service needs, business imperatives, as well as tools and capabilities are executed and nurtured to the specification of the UHC C&S business. This manager is also responsible for supporting the strategic lead in defining and executing items on the digital roadmap. This would include business discovery, project management, testing and communication of changes and escalations. This manager will support the digital leader in reviewing digital product performance against expectations and facilitates or influences changes to digital product portfolio with the goal of improving competitive position and driving to optimal digital product performance. This individual would be responsible for partnering with many individuals and teams across the UHC Digital organization (finance, operations, marketing, digital product, legal) This role supports the Digital Product Strategist and reports through the UHC-Digital Vice President – C&S. C&S digital products this individual would be working on include: MyUHC.com, UHC Member App, Plan Benefits, Claims, Provider Search, Pharmacy, New Member Onboarding, State specific Digital Integrations (Incentives, Content, Clinical Programs); This role would also have varied responsibilities with Vendors, and Internal Partners (UHCD, Optum IT, Rally, Adobe, Creative & Media Agencies).
