The vendor must be approved in both categories listed above in order to respond to this RFO. Architect • 3 years of combined experience in providing IT audit and assessment services in Agile project management environments and DEV/OPS best practices including tooling. • 5 years experience assessing the quality of Agile artifacts (stories, backlog, epics) • 5 years experience waterfall software engineering artifacts (detailed design, specifications, business, system architecture, physical architecture, software architecture, requirements) Analyst • 4 years combined experience developing project plans, developing work programs, evaluating system controls, documenting results, proposing metrics dashboards/scorecards, making recommendations, and communicating information to clients. Desired Skills • Bachelors degree in management information systems or related field. • Experience managing multiple project deliverables, meet deadlines while ensuring quality and exceeding client expectations. • A professional certification, such as, CISA, CIA, CISSP, or CISM is a plus.
