The MnCHOICES Assessment application is written in .Net 4.5, C#, and Microsoft Silverlight. Silverlight is being deprecated by Microsoft in 2020. The MnCHOICES Assessment application needs to be supported for the next 18 months while MnCHOICES 2.0 is being developed as a replacement platform. A developer with substantial experience in Silverlight is needed to perform legislatively mandated changes, required upgrades and defect management, and develop system documentation. Requirements : - Experience in software development in Microsoft Silverlight (5 years) - Experience writing technical documentation (5 years) - Experience developing a .NET application using an Oracle database (3 years) - Experience using C# (3 years) - If resource being submitted is working under a subcontract agreement, responder must identify each subcontractor.
