The offline application is integrated to many other solutions including various ERPs and Salesforce.com. Integration strategies include Tibco, Informatica ETL and Mulesoft. • Collaborate with internal and external technical resources to develop overall implementation strategy and drive the solution, customization, and integration efforts. • Collaborate with the technical development team to produce technical specification for development and systems integration requirements. • Assesses the compatibility and integration of products/services proposed as standards to ensure an integrated architecture across interdependent technologies. • Provide and communicate complex technology solutions across different audiences including technical, managerial, business executives and/or vendors. • Provide current best practices and 3rd Party solution alternatives as part of the technical specification document. • Participate in performing Proof of Concept (POC) for various upcoming technologies to fit in business requirement. • Solves complex problems. Works independently; receives minimal guidance. • Acts as a resource for colleagues with less experience. Uses best practices and knowledge of internal or external business issues to improve products or services Required Skills • Understanding of the systems architecture, application architecture, high availability, reliability, scalability, layered security, cloud architecture, etc. • Ability to work across multiple agile teams • Ability to build rapid proto-types and POCs to validate the understanding with Product Management, Partners and/or Business Analysts • Proven experience with product visioning and ability to improve the product value with not only delivering the product but also supporting product management in improving the vision • Solid experience within integrated agile SDLC process, including traceability, business analysis, story boarding, automated unit testing, integration testing, peer reviews, continuous integration, continuous delivery • Ability to abstract a business use case and build reusability and/or multi-tenancy into the design through convention, configuration, and customization. • Proven experience building the communication collateral for business analysts, developers, and product management Desired Skills • Excellent communication skills • Demonstrate leadership • Self motivated and able to take initiative and make things happen • Ability to work in a team • Coordinate with other project teams and team members   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
