Development tools include Visual Studio, PowerShell, SQL Management Studio, SQL Server and Business Intelligence. It is also desirable for them to have experience with InfoPath, SharePoint Designer and the SharePoint object model. The candidate will be assigned development work utilizing these toolsets. Required Skills: The proposal must specifically indicate how these minimum qualifications have been met. If DOR determines, in its sole discretion, that the proposer fails to meet all of these requirements (or that the proposer has not submitted sufficient information) then the proposal will be deemed non-responsive and will not be considered for evaluation. ? Five years experience developing ASP.NET applications using Visual Studio and C# ? Three years experience using JavaScript ? Three years experience with database design or administration ? Three years experience with enterprise source control ? One year experience configuring Internet Information Services (IIS) ? Strong requirements gathering and project management skills ? Excellent verbal and written communication skills ? Ability to convey .Net-related knowledge and provide training for DOR development staff Desired Skills: 4 Minimum knowledge and experience of the capabilities of various technical environments are desired including: ?
