Offeror must be available to help with any issues that may arise during this timeframe affecting the core functionality of the application, including an on-site presence. Contract period is July 1, 2014 through June 30, 2015. The MCE system is a website where commercial motor carriers can get information, credentials and the permits that they need to conduct business in Missouri. Cognos 10 is utilized to generate documents within the MCE system. In addition, the system is used to administer the enforcement of safety and economic regulations for commercial motor carriers. The TMS is an AllFusion Gen developed application that houses statewide transportation information related to travelway infrastructure for the State of Missouri. This includes the Statewide Transportation Improvement Program (STIP), Travelway Features, Bridge infrastructure, Traffic data, Accident data, Railroad data, and the Traveler Information Map. Cognos 10 reporting is utilized to generate reports for STIP, the Blueprint report, Safety and Accident annual reports and feature inventory reports. The MoDOT datamart includes data from various business areas within MoDOT. Cognos 10 is utilized to create reports to retrieve the data for these various business areas including SAMII financial reporting, General Services and Design. For critical support, it will be assumed, for evaluation purposes only, 2,100 hours of PAQ work will be performed during the contract period. The Offeror shall provide the classification titles and associated per hour rates for all classifications they intend to utilize. Issue documentation will include cost estimates based on hourly rates in this PAQ in order to determine estimates for complete work. The cost evaluation for this PAQ will be worth a total of 50 points. The Offeror shall agree and understand that the quantities used in the evaluation of cost are provided solely to document how cost will be evaluated. MoDOT makes no guarantee regarding the accuracy of the quantities stated nor does MoDOT intend to imply that the figures used for the cost evaluation in any way reflect neither actual nor anticipated usage. Objectives Monitor the Cognos environment to ensure that it is operating efficiently and in a secure manner at all times. Identify and fix all problems that arise in the daily operation of Cognos reporting Provide direction for future software and hardware upgrades. Answer operational questions from the Central Office and District staff. Create requested reports and queries.
