The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Offeror shall provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and what will be included in those reports Key business areas within the Missouri Department of Transportation (MoDOT) such as Motor Carrier, Financial Services, Human Resources, General Services, Federal Aid, Traffic and Design are dependent upon the MoDOT datamart and interfaces as part of MoDOTs daily operations. The datamart is dependent upon daily extract, transform and load applications which extract data from other data sources, transform the data into a more reportable format and load the data into the MoDOT datamart. The work covered by this PAQ is to provide for monitoring, maintaining, trouble shooting, and repairing key datamarts, interfaces and load applications to ensure that MoDOT infrastructure operates efficiently and provides the highest degree of availability on a 24 hours per day, 7 day a week basis. Offeror must be available to help with any issues that may arise during this timeframe affecting the core functionality of the application, including an on-site presence.Key MoDOT datamart loads such as the Financial Services, Human Resources and General Services are dependent upon both Informatica support and scripting with underlying key MoDOT infrastructure requirements. The MoDOT datamart includes data from various business areas within MoDOT. Informatica 9.0.1 is the ETL application utilized to manage the MoDOT datamart and interfaces including the State of Missouris Statewide Advantage for Missouri II (SAMII) Financial and Human Resources interfaces, as well as the Financial, Human Resources, General Services and Design datamarts.
