Description:

PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK:
The Offeror must provide a detailed description and firm, fixed price for each deliverable. The description must specify the tasks to be completed for each deliverable and the time frames in which the tasks will be completed. The Offeror shall provide a work breakdown structure or project plan. The Offeror must also state when status reports will be provided and what will be included in those reports.

The work covered by this PAQ is to provide critical and major production support for various key Missouri Department
of Transportation (MoDOT) applications, including, but not limited to C#, .NET, Java, JSP, Javascript, HTML, JQuery,
and business unit applications such as Motor Carrier Express (MCE) applications. These key applications require critical
integration and implementation as defined by MoDOT and the availability of funds.
The specific services to be provided under this PAQ are unknown at this time, including the total number of deliverables,
hours, and cost. The total estimated amount that MoDOT may expend for this PAQ is $178,500. The Offeror and
MoDOT will agree on the scope, timing, and cost of each deliverable before the commencement of work

6+ years¡¦ experience with the MCE system
Working knowledge of SAGE AccPac, Accounting software, and SharePoint sub-systems
Expertise in C#.NET, VB.NET, IBM Rapid Application Developer (RAD) and IBM Websphere Application
Server (WAS)
Experience in Java, JSP, Javascript and JQuery
Knowledge in Apache Struts Framework and Spring Framework
Knowledge in IBM Websphere 6.1, IBM Portal 6.1, Websphere MQ 7.0
In depth knowledge of Oracle 11G database functionality (including Stored Procedures, functions and PL/SQL)
Advanced knowledge of LINUX and Microsoft Windows Server operating system

required under this PAQ. Additional services will be requested on an as needed if needed basis. If the need for additional
services arises, the Offeror and MoDOT will agree in writing on the scope, timing and cost of each deliverable before the
commencement of work.
