JOB DESCRIPTION:
PROJECT GOALS AND OBJECTIVES:
The project entails performing project oversight, developing technical documentation, and technical work for the
Secretary of States Office, working with the vendor FileOne.
FileOnes current application (SystemWorks V2), in
production, provides for electronic filing of Uniform Commercial Code (UCC) documents as well as an internal intranetbased
Application that allows the SOS staff to image and process paper UCC.
The application is a VB.net/C# application; File Ones technical work is conducted primarily off-site. The
FileOne product is currently deployed on the SOSs UAT environment with end-user UAT being conducted. Upon
FileOnes successful completion, the SystemWorks V3 application will provide for both UCC and Corporate filings as
described above. The FileOne solution will reside on the SOSs current infrastructure.

PROJECT APPROACH AND SCOPE OF WORK:
The Contractors PAQ Response should include a Project Overview, Resources, Approach/Methodology, Change Control Plan, Issue Tracking Plan, Assumptions and Quality Assurance Plan.

LIST OF DELIVERABLES:
1.) Provide technical documentation that lists the different components of FileOne software used by MO Secretary of States BSD division.
a. The documentation should list detailed architectural diagrams.
b. Different web components used (WCF services, .NET technologies used).
c. Permissions needed for the application at various tiers.
d. Interaction between different components: Web services talking to app servers etc.
2.) Troubleshoot issues that arise from the FileOne software and document the issues.
3.) Be a single point of contact for IT, BSD & FileOne. Document all communications for changes to the architecture of the system and or/configuration settings.
4.) Provide 30-day implementation support after project completion. This includes:
a. Troubleshooting the deployment configuration after install.
b. Work with Fileone and SOS in resolving the issue(s) that arise after the deployment
