Minimum skillsets required by the individual performing the work under the resulting contract must include: • 5+ years experience with the MCE system • 5+ years experience and working knowledge of MoDOT IT Infrastructure • Working knowledge of SAGE AccPac, Accounting software, and SharePoint sub-systems • Expertise in C#, .NET, VB.NET, IBM Rapid Application Developer (RAD) and IBM Websphere Application Server (WAS) • Experience in Java, JSP, Javascript and JQuery • Knowledge in Apache Struts Framework and Spring Framework • Knowledge in IBM Websphere 8.0, IBM Portal 6.1, Websphere MQ 7.0 • In depth knowledge of Oracle 11G database functionality (including Stored Procedures, functions and PL/SQL) • Advanced knowledge of Linux and Microsoft Windows Server operating systems Key transportation industry knowledge is preferred especially in the following areas: • MoDOT Human Resources (HRIS) • MoDOT Bridge, Design and Construction Engineering Applications • MoDOT Contractor Performance Rating Sys   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
